I founded Elevate and Empower Life Coaching after years of undergoing my own health and wellness journey. I learned that I was more successful with the accountability and encouragement from others. Throughout my 10+ year career as a mental health professional, I learned that mental health is a vital role in success.

My life coaching method is inspired by a blend of personal experience, professional credentials, education, and in-depth research on nutrition. Through my own journey, I've gained firsthand insight into the challenges of balancing mental health, wellness, and daily life. This personal perspective, combined with my expertise in school counseling, social work, and leadership, allows me to guide others with both knowledge and empathy. My formal education has provided me with a strong foundation in behavioral health, goal-setting strategies, and emotional well-being, while my research into nutrition and its connection to mental health and physical health has deepened my holistic approach. By integrating these elements, I've developed a coaching method that is not only evidence-based but also personalized, ensuring that each client receives well-rounded support tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle.

Boundary setting is the practice of defining personal limits to protect your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. It helps you communicate needs, uphold values, and prevent burnout. Boundaries can be physical, emotional, time-based, or mental, and they require self-awareness and clear communication. Setting boundaries isn’t selfish-- it’s an act of self-respect that fosters healthier relationships with yourself and others. Boundaries are necessary in relationships, careers, finances, and many other aspects of life.

Holding yourself accountable helps build confidence, improve relationships, and support personal healing.
